Superfood Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Enjoy this delicious and nutritious bowl at any time of day, packed with protein from quinoa and NaturesPlus Vanilla SPIRU-TEIN. It’s a quick and easy way to fuel your body and mind. Enjoy it hot or cold for a comforting and satisfying pick-me-up.

Ingredients

1/2 cup plain cooked quinoa

1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 scoop Vanilla SPIRU-TEIN powder

1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 banana, sliced

1 tbsp peanut or almond butter

1 tsp cacao nibs

 


 

Directions

1. Place quinoa in a bowl and pour almond milk the top. Then add the Vanilla SPIRU-TEIN and mix.

2. Add in blueberries, banana and peanut or almond butter. Sprinkle cacao nibs over the top.

3. Serve warm or cold. To heat, microwave to the desired temperature.
