8 large bananas
3 egg whites
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 1/2 cups oat bran
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup raisins
2. Spray a large muffin tin with cooking spray. Pour in batter and bake at for 25–30 minutes.
