Give your breakfast a boost with this delicious pea protein omelet that’s supercharged with NaturesPlus Organic Pea Protein Powder and buckwheat, a gluten-free alternative to the standard variety. It’s the ultimate way to start your day with a heart, filling meal.

1/2 tbsp organic olive oil 

2 organic free-range eggs

1 scoop Organic Pea Protein Powder

1/2 tsp organic vegetable bouillon

2 tsp organic buckwheat flour

2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

4–5 diced Kalamata olives

4–5 diced cherry tomatoes

Salt and pepper

1. Place the olive oil in a frying pan over low heat.
2. While oil is heating, beat the eggs with the Pea Protein and vegetable bouillon. Add buckwheat flour, mixing continuously.
3. Pour mixture into frying pan and cook until eggs are set and firm. Carefully flip the omelet and cook the other side.
4. Place on a plate and garnish with cilantro, olives and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
