No-Bake SPIRU-TEIN Protein Balls

No-bake energy bites have become a hit over the past few years. It’s easy understand why: They are only take minutes to make and can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. Add in 14 grams of protein from NaturesPlus SPIRU-TEIN and you have a winner!

These bites are perfect for breakfast or as a quick, filling snack. They give you the energy and protein you need to power you through your day.

3/4 cup almonds (or nut of choice)

1 cup raisins (or dried fruit of choice)

1/2 cup mixed seeds, lightly ground (chia, sesame, flax, hemp)

1 tsp goji berries or dried blueberries

1 tbsp SPIRU-TEIN, flavor of your choice

3/4 cup unsweetened, finely shredded coconut

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process on high speed, pulsing the machine on and off for about 3 seconds each time. Once it has formed a dough, remove and place on a cutting board.
2. Roll the mixture into little balls about 1” in diameter; then roll each in shredded coconut. Store in the refrigerator.

Yields 12–14 bites
