No-Bake Big Game Snacks

No-Bake SPIRU-TEIN Protein Balls

No-bake energy bites have become a hit over the past few years. It’s easy to understand why: They only take minutes to prepare and can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. Add in 14 grams of protein from NaturesPlus SPIRU-TEIN and you have a winner!

3/4 cup almonds (or nut of choice)

1 cup raisins (or dried fruit of choice)

1/2 cup mixed seeds, lightly ground (chia, sesame, flax, hemp)

1 tsp goji berries or dried blueberries

1 tbsp SPIRU-TEIN, flavor of your choice

3/4 cup unsweetened, finely shredded coconut

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process on high speed, pulsing the machine on and off for about 3 seconds each time. Once it has formed a dough, remove and place on a cutting board.

2. Roll the mixture into little balls about 1” in diameter; then roll each in shredded coconut. Store in the refrigerator.

Yield: 12–14 bites

(No Bake) Walnut Brownie Bites

Sink your sweet tooth into these decadent chewy brownies and taste how delicious healthy can be. Not only are they packed with nutritional goodness from raw almond meal and honey, but they’re easy to make and can be ready in minutes!

1 cup raw almond meal

1/2 cup cacao powder

1/8 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup pitted Medjool dates (packed)

2 tbsp honey

1/4 cup raw walnuts, crushed

1. Place almond meal, cacao powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add dates and honey to the mixture and combine until mixed well. Stir in crushed walnuts.

2. Line a loaf pan or square pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Press mixture into bottom of pan. Enjoy immediately or chill for a firmer texture.
