This richly colored beverage brings a delightful tropical note to your table...along with vitamins A and C from the mango and even more vitamin C (plus potassium as well) from the oranges.
2 mangoes, peeled, pits removed
2 oranges, peeled
8 tbsp apple juice
Juice of one lime
Blend or juice all ingredients together; if blending, press through a double layer of cheesecloth.
Yields 2 servings
