Why is my credit card being declined?

Potential reasons include: not shipping to continental US (we don't ship overseas or to Hawaii/Alaska), placing order from outside the US, using a foreign-issued card, billing address mismatch, insufficient funds, exceeded credit limit, expired card, or incorrect card details entered. Contact your credit card issuer or our support team for help.

Why didn't my discount apply to my order?

Make sure you enter the discount code during checkout in the designated field. Check that you've entered the code exactly as shown with correct capitalization and no extra spaces. Confirm the discount code is still valid with no expiration dates or usage conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our secure payment process ensures a safe and convenient transaction.

How can I reset my password?
