How can I place an order?

Browse our website and add products to your cart. Review your cart to ensure accuracy. If you have a coupon code, enter it at checkout. Proceed to checkout by entering shipping details and selecting payment method. Review your order and click 'Place Order' to finalize. Contact customer support at myorder@naturesplus.com or 1-800-645-9500 for assistance.

Why is my credit card being declined?

Potential reasons include: not shipping to continental US (we don't ship overseas or to Hawaii/Alaska), placing order from outside the US, using a foreign-issued card, billing address mismatch, insufficient funds, exceeded credit limit, expired card, or incorrect card details entered. Contact your credit card issuer or our support team for help.

Do you provide discount codes?

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter for special promotions and discount codes. Follow our social media channels and check emails for exciting offers.

Why didn't my discount apply to my order?

Make sure you enter the discount code during checkout in the designated field. Check that you've entered the code exactly as shown with correct capitalization and no extra spaces. Confirm the discount code is still valid with no expiration dates or usage conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our secure payment process ensures a safe and convenient transaction.

How can I reset my password?

Currently, we only ship to the continental USA.

What is your shipping method? Is there a fee?

We use United States Postal Service for delivery. Orders over $50 receive free standard shipping. For orders under $50, there is a flat shipping rate of $5.95.
