    Pomegranate-Ginger Zinger

    Try this refreshing drink recipe next time you need a quick, healthy pick-me-up. Both pomegranate and blueberries are packed with flavor and nutrition (and make for a pretty glass), and ginger adds its own unique zing.

    1 cup pomegranate seeds

    1/2 piece of ginger

    1/2 cup blueberries

    1 small cucumber

    Juice or blend all ingredients together; if blending, press through a double layer of cheesecloth. Enjoy!
