Keto Pancake Dinner


Pancakes for dinner...on a keto diet? Sure! With KetoLiving™ LCHF Vanilla Shake powder and almond flour, you can turn what is usually a high-carb breakfast into the centerpiece of a keto-friendly evening meal.

1 cup almond flour

2 tbsp KetoLiving LCHF Vanilla Shake powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

2 large eggs

1/3 cup water

2 tbsp neutral oil

Coconut oil or butter for cooking

Additional dinner suggestions: steak (NY strip or boneless ribeye), bacon strips, eggs

1. Heat an oiled pan on medium heat. Whisk together almond flour, KetoLiving Vanilla, baking powder and salt, breaking up any clumps. Stir in eggs, water, and oil. Mix until smooth.
2. Pour 1/8 a cup of batter (2 tbsp) into the pan at a time for 3" pancakes. Cover and cook for 1–2 minutes, until bubbles start to form. Carefully flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
3. Store in warm oven while cooking the proteins. When plating, slice steak into strips.

Yields about 12 pancakes
