Keto No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

 

Do you like your current keto cheesecake recipe well enough, but miss having a crust? With KetoLiving™ LCHF Chocolate Shake powder, you can have your cheesecake...and eat the crust, too. What's more, using KetoLiving™ LCHF Vanilla Shake powder makes for a flavorful filling.

Chocolate Crust

6 tbsp almond flour

1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp KetoLiving LCHF Chocolate Shake powder

2 tbsp butter

Cheesecake Filling

1/3 cup cream cheese

2 tbsp KetoLiving LCHF Vanilla Shake powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp lemon juice

3 tbsp heavy cream, extra for serving (optional)

1. For the crust, combine almond flour, cocoa powder and KetoLiving Chocolate. Melt the butter and drizzle into the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Pack crust into serving containers and place in fridge.
2. For the filling, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add KetoLiving Vanilla, vanilla extract and lemon juice, and beat until combined. Whip cream until fluffy, and fold into cream cheese mixture. Add mixture to containers and store in fridge for 30–40 minutes.
3. To serve, macerate a few berries with a fork or whip more cream, and place on top.
