Keto Clafoutis


Clafoutis is a French dessert traditionally made with fruit covered by a thick batter. Our version uses super-fine almond flour and KetoLiving™ LCHF Vanilla Shake powder...allowing you to enjoy dessert while maintaining your keto lifestyle.

coconut oil or butter (for greasing pan)
2 cups fresh blackberries
3 large eggs
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup super-fine almond flour
1/2 cup KetoLiving Vanilla Shake powder
3/4 cup water
    1. Heat oven to 350° and grease a 9" pie pan. Arrange fruit in the bottom of the pan.
    2. Blend all the other ingredients together with a blender or by hand with a whisk; a blender will provide the smoothest texture.
    3. Pour mixture over the fruit and bake for 40–50 minutes, until center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

    Yields: about 8 slices
