Keto Almond Sliver Cookies

 

Do you love cookies...and staying on your low-carb diet? This recipe combines KetoLiving™ LCHF Vanilla Shake powder and almonds for a crunchy, tasty treat that you can whip up in less than 30 minutes!

3 tbsp KetoLiving LCHF Vanilla Shake powder

6 tbsp water

1 egg

1 cup slivered almonds

1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger (optional)

1. Heat oven to 325°. Whisk together egg & water until fully combined. Whisk in KetoLiving Vanilla. Stir in slivered almonds.
2. Spoon mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
Yields 8 large cookies
