Keto Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 12 pancakes

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp KetoLiving Vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • Coconut oil or butter for cooking

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Additional dinner suggestions: steak (NY strip or boneless ribeye), bacon strips, eggs.
  2. Heat an oiled pan on medium heat. Whisk together almond flour, KetoLiving Vanilla, baking powder and salt, breaking up any clumps. Stir in eggs, water, and oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Using an ⅛ cup, pour the batter into the pan for 3-inch pancakes. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles start to form. Carefully flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Store in warm oven until ready to serve.
  4. Slice steak into strips and serve!
