Keto No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
Makes 2 individual servings Chocolate Crust

  • 6 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbspKLNchocolate powder

Cheesecake Filling

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp KLN vanilla powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For the crust, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and KetoLiving Chocolate. Melt the butter and drizzle into the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Pack crust into serving container and place in fridge.
  2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add KetoLiving Vanilla, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, and beat until combined. Whip cream until fluffy, and fold into cream cheese mixture. Add mixture to containers and store in fridge for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Macerate a few berries with a fork or whip more cream for serving.
