KETO Clafoutis Recipe

Ingredients

About 8 slices

  • coconut oil or butter (for greasing pan)
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup super fine almond flour
  • ½ cup KLN vanilla
  • ¾ cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350F and grease a 9-inch pie pan. Arrange fruit in the bottom of the pan. Blend all ingredients together with a blender or by hand with a whisk. A blender will give the smoothest texture. Pour custard mixture over fruit and bake for 40-50 minutes, until center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
